America’s Birthday Parade is an incredible spectacle of elaborate floats, choreographed dances and live performances – including some of the country’s most talented marching bands. Parading through the streets of downtown St. Louis in the shadow of America’s tallest monument, the Gateway Arch, this classic summer event is a celebration of our city, our people, our community, and our country… from sea to shining sea.

Since 1981, Fair Saint Louis has delivered on the promise of entertainment, summertime fun, and a sense of community. Produced locally by St. Louisans, the fair attracts visitors from across the globe to enjoy the spirit of St. Louis, live music, entertainment, delicious food, and a magnificent fireworks display … all FREE!

Fair Saint Louis will produce a single day, July 4th Fireworks Spectacular in 2023 and reimagining a city-wide celebration for summer 2024. Enlisting the talents of a wide-ranging and inclusive group of organizers from throughout the St. Louis area, Fair Saint Louis envisions an exciting and memorable 2024 event to celebrate the region.

The 2023 Fireworks Spectacular, against the backdrop of the Arch, will return the evening of Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in conjunction with The 140th America’s Birthday Parade the morning of the Fourth of July.

Gateway Legends™️ (GL) is focused on creating an inclusive, community focused esports event for the St. Louis region. The event helps increase access to esports competition for all communities, contextualizing this pursuit for parents, and putting students on the big stage, making them feel like superstars.

Gateway Legends is an initiative led by Fair Saint Louis that aims to be the catalyst for esports growth in the St. Louis region. The first two years of its journey were rooted in scholastic esports, providing a premier event for national college teams as well as Missouri high school programs. In 2023, Gateway Legends will host MOSEF’s Missouri High School and Middle School State Championship tournament. In addition, an open play element will allow any competitor to enter the bracket for the opportunity to compete for the $10,000 prize pool. Over 600 gaming athletes, friends, family, and spectators will gather Memorial Day Weekend at Ballpark Village in Downtown St. Louis for three days of electrifying events.
