In July of 2019 volunteers from VP Saint Louis came together to make a lasting impact on the lives of the students at Lift for Life Academy Public Charter School. Our team of 40 enthusiastic volunteers worked tirelessly to install brand new playground equipment, creating a vibrant and engaging environment for the new elementary school students.

We believe every child deserves a safe and enjoyable space to play and learn. That's why we took it upon ourselves to build a fantastic slide and several other exciting pieces of playground equipment. We wanted to create an environment that not only promotes physical activity but also stimulates the imagination and fosters creativity among the students.

In addition to the traditional play equipment, we were excited to introduce a unique feature to the playground: a mini 'market' where students can explore the world of shopping and commerce. This innovative addition provides a fun and interactive way for children to learn about basic economic principles, budgeting, and the value of money. We believe that these practical skills will play a crucial role in shaping their future success.

Our dedicated volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that the playground equipment was installed with the utmost care and precision. Safety was our top priority, and we followed all necessary guidelines and regulations to create a secure environment for the children to enjoy. The playground is now a vibrant hub of excitement and laughter, where the students can let their imaginations run wild while developing essential social and physical skills.

We are incredibly grateful to our volunteers who selflessly gave their time and effort to bring this project to life. Their dedication and passion have made a significant difference in the lives of the Lift for Life Academy students.
